Cooler Bucket Hats are different. They absorb sweat and provide rapid, prolonged cooling. The dual fabric composition combines 100% cotton terry cloth with a breathable outer layer. This makes a Cooler Bucket Hat second to none in sweat absorption. A soft, “crushable” hat, simply wring the hat out when saturated and reapply.

Typically, head-wear for active or athletic use is made of synthetic, wick and dry materials. Cooler Bucket Hats are designed to absorb and “hold” perspiration. It can be wrung out as needed. Also, the dual fabric design allows the hat to be soaked in ice water wrung out, and reapplied for rapid cooling. A super comfortable hat for any occasion, the Cooler Bucket Hat easily transforms into an ice towel for your head, but more functional and a lot better looking.

Each Cooler Bucket Hat is cut and sewn individually, making each hat unique. The circumference of a Cooler Bucket Hat is designed for an average, medium head size.

However, based on the weight and thickness of the source fabric, finished Cooler Bucket Hats can vary in size. The good news is that many of the new Cooler Bucket Hats are engineered with a subtle yet effective “size adjuster” in the rear of the hat. This enables the hat to fit smaller head sizes comfortably and enables the hat to remain in place during physical activity.

Conversely, since a Cooler Bucket Hat is primarily cotton, it can be gently stretched while wet to create a larger, more comfortable size if needed.

Custom orders can include the color and design of the outer fabric and the color of the terry cloth lining. Some custom orders may require a minimum purchase order. Custom orders may take up to 3 weeks to complete. Embroidery for custom logos and monograms generally do not require a minimum order.
